Refund & Returns Policy

FaunaVita Lion's Mane powder is a consumable product, hand-grown and packed in small batches. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened products or change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or faulty products If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@faunavita.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the product or refund the purchase, at your choice.

Incorrect item received If we've sent the wrong item, we'll arrange a replacement at our cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost in transit See our Shipping Policy. Where Australia Post confirms a parcel is lost, we will replace or refund the order.

Subscriptions You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account, with no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents future charges. We do not refund subscription orders that have already been dispatched, but you can stop the next one any time before its renewal date.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How refunds are processed Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
