Shipping Policy
We ship from Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
Processing time Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. We're a small operation and every pouch is hand-packed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times (after dispatch) Australia Post estimates, not guarantees:
- Metro VIC: 1–3 business days
- Metro NSW, SA, ACT, TAS: 2–5 business days
- Metro QLD, WA, NT: 3–7 business days
- Regional and remote: add 2–5 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping rates Flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds and promotional rates, where offered, are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions Subscription orders are processed on the same schedule and dispatched on the day they renew. You'll receive a renewal reminder before each charge.
International shipping We currently ship within Australia only.
Lost or delayed parcels If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, contact us at hello@faunavita.com.au with your order number and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We'll work with you to resolve any genuine loss in transit.
Incorrect address If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of ordering. Once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
