Subscription & Cancellation Policy
By starting a FaunaVita subscription, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at the price, frequency, and dates shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Frequency and pricing
- Lion's Mane for Dogs subscription: one 60g pouch every 8 weeks at $59 per delivery.
- Pricing is locked at the rate active when you subscribed. We'll notify you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Renewal You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal charge. Renewals are processed automatically on the scheduled date and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation, pause, and skip You can cancel, pause, or skip your next delivery at any time through your account at faunavita.com.au, or by emailing hello@faunavita.com.au. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
Cancellations and changes must be made before the renewal date to apply to the next order. Once a renewal has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, but you can stop all future orders immediately.
Failed payments If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry the charge over the following few days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
Updating your subscription You can update your shipping address, payment method, and delivery frequency at any time through your account.
