Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of faunavita.com.au and any purchase of products from FaunaVita. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

About us FaunaVita is operated by the trustee for the Blewitt Family Trust (ABN 39 366 350 483 ), based in Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. Contact: hello@faunavita.com.au.

Products We sell functional mushroom products intended as a dietary supplement for healthy dogs. Our products are food, not veterinary medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If your dog has an existing medical condition or is taking medication, consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement.

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colour, weight, and packaging. Slight variation between batches is normal for a hand-grown, single-ingredient product.

Pricing and orders All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Subscriptions By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect immediately and prevent future charges. Subscription pricing is locked at the rate active when you subscribed unless we notify you in advance of a change.

Account You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property All site content — including text, images, branding, and product photography — is owned by FaunaVita or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, FaunaVita's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version active at the time of your order applies to that order.
